At the end of the training, the graduates:

- Observes the behavior of the animals and detects deviations in their health
- Takes care of sick and injured animals – gives medicines in doses and medicinal forms prescribed by the veterinarian (solid, liquid, ointments, etc.) and in accordance with the instructions given by him
- Prepares solutions for treating animals against external parasites
- Performs various types of manipulations – bathing, washing, spraying, dusting
- Performs antiparasitic treatment
- Strictly fulfills the prescriptions issued by the state veterinary medical authorities
- Performs daily control of the pharmacy book and outpatient diary
- Analyzes the condition and identifies measures to improve the health of the animals in the area
- Performs medical assistant duties (muscular, venous, subcutaneous injection of drugs, temperature measurement, continuation and completion of treatment prescribed by the veterinarian)
- Prepares daily and periodic reports on work performed
- Knows how to dose and apply VMP – spraying, decontamination and deworming
- Clarifies withdrawal periods for milk, meat and premises
- Uses personal protective equipment for disinfection, disinsection, deratization and desaccharization
- Knows how to dose and apply VMP for treatment – spraying, decontamination and deworming

- Follows the instructions of the veterinarian regarding the diagnosis and therapy of the sick animalл
Maintains contacts with branch organizations, companies serving the veterinary medical activity, and institutions related to it - Participates in specialized courses aimed at continuing professional training and professional development
Vocational training for the acquisition of a degree of professional qualification ends with the passing of state exams in the theory and practice of the profession, according to Ordinance No. 3/15/04.2003 on the evaluation system (Government Gazette No. 37/22.04.2003). The state exams in the theory and practice of the profession are held according to national exam programs in accordance with the state educational requirements for acquiring a qualification in the profession.
Upon completion of training, graduates receive a Certificate of Professional Qualification.
