A new stage of recruiting requests from employers under the “Youth Employment” scheme has started

A new stage of recruitment of requests from employers for the disclosure of vacancies under the procedure for direct provision of non-grant financial assistance No. 2014BГО5М90PO01-1.2014.001 – “Youth employment” under the Operational Program “Development of Human Resources” 2014-2020 has started. The Employment Agency as a Specific Beneficiary provides comprehensive information on the launch of the new stage and the new opportunities available to young people and employers who wish to get involved.

Unlike the previous stages of recruiting applications under the scheme, this time applications can be submitted both by employers from the real sector and by executive authorities according to the Law on Local Self-Government and Local Administration, municipal enterprises under Art. 52 of the Law on Municipal Property, the bodies of the central administration of the executive power and their territorial structures, according to Art. 38 of the Administration Act.

Employers can provide youth employment through apprenticeships and/or on-the-job training. An exception is made by the bodies of the central administration of the executive power and their territorial structures, which can apply for vacancies only for internships with an employer for young people with a completed higher education. The circle of eligible employers does not include the territorial bodies of the executive power in the person of regional governors and, respectively, the regional administration.

Employers can submit applications for the disclosure of job vacancies for young people with registration in Directorates “Bureau of Labor” throughout the country until the financial resource is exhausted. Requests received will be processed in the order they are submitted.
